In April we shipped the largest pruning in our history — 134 agents and an entire workflow surface gone. Less product, more leverage. We optimize for what we delete.

Quality, compliance, and governance lead. Specializes in ISO 27001, GDPR, and test architecture for regulated industries — the reason ThorStack ships compliance as a feature rather than a tax.
Engineering and AI/LLM lead. Track record of launching MVPs and scaling platforms, with deep full-stack experience. Owns the architecture behind ThorStack's per-tenant deployments and 25-agent workforce.
