Frequently asked
Why isn't there a self-serve plan?+
Every ThorStack deployment is dedicated to one customer — your own database, your own app instance, configured during onboarding. That's not something a signup form can do well. A 30-minute call lets us scope the right modules and configuration so you don't pay for what you don't need.
What does "dedicated tenant" actually mean?+
Your own Postgres database, your own vector store, your own app and API instances, your own object storage prefix, and your own subdomain. Nothing about your data lives next to another customer's data. Backups, retention, and credentials are yours to govern.
Can I bring my own LLM keys?+
Yes. ThorStack supports your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex keys on every plan — you bring the contract, your usage stays inside your provider. We never proxy your traffic through ours.
Do I have to use every module?+
No. We turn on only the modules your operations need. Inbox-only, CRM-only, commerce-only — your deployment is configured around what you actually use, and you can add modules later without a re-deploy.
What does onboarding look like?+
A 30-minute discovery call, a scoped configuration plan within 48 hours, deployment provisioned within 5 business days, and a guided launch session with your team. A sales engineer stays on a shared Slack channel for the first 30 days.
Is there a contract minimum?+
Studio and Operator plans are month-to-month with a 30-day notice. Sovereign plans are annual. There are no setup fees on Studio or Operator.
What about data residency?+
Studio defaults to EU or US. Operator and Sovereign let you pick any region we operate in (currently 8 regions across NA, EU, APAC, and AF). Sovereign supports bring-your-own-cloud in any region you control.
