What we need from you
The total time commitment on your side is about 4–5 hours across the week. Here's what you'll need:
- Access credentials for your current tools (Google / Microsoft / Zoho login)
- Your Shopify or Etsy store credentials (if applicable)
- A CSV export of your existing contacts / CRM (we can help with this)
- Your brand guidelines or a recent piece of on-brand content (for agent voice calibration)
- 30 minutes on Day 0 for the discovery call
- 1 hour on Day 3 for the agent briefing
- 1–2 hours on Day 5 for go-live training
