CRM
A pipeline that captures itself — contacts, companies, deals, and activities auto-populated from inbox and calendar.
What CRM is in ThorStack
The CRM module is the system of record for customer relationships. Contacts, companies, deals, and activities live here. Most of what other CRMs ask you to type, ThorStack captures automatically from the email and calendar feeds you already connected.
You can also keep using Zoho CRM if you have it — ThorStack does two-way sync, so the system of record is whichever you choose.
The objects
| Object | What it represents |
|---|---|
| Contact | A real person you do business with. Auto-created from inbound mail or meeting attendees. |
| Company | An organization. Contacts roll up under their company by domain. |
| Deal | An opportunity with a stage, value, expected close date, and owner. |
| Activity | An email, meeting, call, or note attached to a deal or contact. |
| Pipeline | A named sequence of deal stages. You can run multiple pipelines (e.g. New Business, Renewals). |
Auto-capture
When a teammate emails a new contact or accepts a meeting with one, ThorStack:
- Creates the contact and company if they don't exist.
- Logs the email or meeting as an activity.
- Suggests linking it to an open deal — it's never silent. You see the suggestion in the CRM activity feed.
Customer health
Every account has a health score rolled up from engagement, payment, and support signals. The score is explainable — click in to see exactly which signals are pushing it up or down. The Customer Success agent (Echo) can be configured to alert when scores cross thresholds. See Approval gates for how outbound responses are gated.
Lead scoring & custom fields
- Add as many custom fields as you need — strings, numbers, dates, picklists, references to other objects.
- Lead scoring is rule-based: define what
hot, warm, andcoldmean for your business and ThorStack ranks contacts accordingly. - Scoring rules are versioned; changing them keeps the historical scores so you can A/B without losing comparability.
Sales agents
Three agents are built on top of CRM:
- Forge — VP Sales. Pipeline hygiene, deal coaching, follow-up suggestions.
- Spark — SDR. Inbound triage, qualification questions.
- Anchor — AE. Deal-by-deal next-step proposals.
Outbound mail from any of them is gated by default. See Approval gates.
Next
- Marketing — the campaign side of the customer relationship.
- Workspace — where most CRM activity originates (inbox & calendar).
- Zoho integration — if you're keeping Zoho CRM in the mix.
