Accounting
Invoices, expenses, quotes, journal entries and financial reports — a double-entry engine that does the bookkeeping for you.
Watch: Accounting in 90 seconds
What it does
Accounting is the full engine: invoices with payment tracking, expenses with approval flows, quotes, a double-entry journal, a chart of accounts, and real financial reports. The key idea: journal entries write themselves — sending an invoice, recording a payment or approving an expense posts the correct debits and credits automatically.

Insights and breakdowns
Invoice, from draft to paid
- New Invoice — describe it to the AI assist or fill it manually: company/contact, due date, payment terms (Net 15–60), tax lines (VAT/GST/Sales), line items.
- Send — email delivery falls back intelligently: explicit address → contact email → company email.
- Record Payment — quick-pay buttons (full, 50%, 25%), method and reference; a progress bar tracks partial payments.

Settings & permissions
Permissions are per-entity: invoices, expenses, journal, accounts and quotes each carry create/read/update/delete/approve flags. Every change is logged to an audit trail. Currency comes from your organisation settings.
