Workspace
Inbox, calendar, notes, and tasks — the daily-driver layer that ties the rest of Mission Control together.
What Workspace is in ThorStack
Workspace is the daily-driver layer: a unified inbox across all your mail accounts, a single calendar, a shared notes wiki, and the tasks queue. Everything in CRM, Commerce, Marketing, and Finance ties back to objects you'll see and act on here.
Unified inbox
Connect Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, and ThorStack threads them together. You can:
- Read mail from every account in one chronological view, or per-account.
- Reply from the original account — ThorStack never silently sends from the wrong identity.
- See attached CRM context beside each thread (deal stage, customer health, last invoice).
- Hand a thread to an agent for drafting; the draft appears as a quoted reply for you to send.
Unified calendar
The same model for the calendar: every connected account contributes events to a single day/week/month view. Conflict detection runs in real time — if two accounts double-book you, you see it before the meeting starts. Free/busy across accounts is correct without manual blocking.
Notes
Notes is a hierarchical wiki that doubles as your SOP library and brand-voice templates. Search is full-text, including images via OCR. Per-document access controls inherit from the folder unless overridden. Sharable links can have an expiry, which is useful for one-off external sharing without standing access.
Tasks
Tasks is the work queue. Anything that needs to be done by a person or an agent lives here:
- Tasks have an assignee, a goal, and an acceptance criterion.
- Sub-tasks let you break work down without leaving the parent.
- Triggered tasks (created by workflows) carry their trigger context, so you always know why a task exists.
- Approval gates surface as tasks in the relevant approver's queue. See Approval gates.
Why "Workspace" matters as a category
Most operations work starts in inbox or calendar. By making Workspace first-class — instead of a thin add-on — ThorStack catches signal at the moment it appears (a new lead in mail, a meeting with a new prospect) and routes it into CRM, Commerce, or Finance automatically.
