Zoho
Two-way sync with Zoho Mail, Calendar, and CRM. Multi-DC support (US, EU, IN, AU). Keep Zoho if you want to.
What's connected
| Surface | Sync direction | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho Mail | Two-way | Read, send, label. Threaded with other connected mailboxes. |
| Zoho Calendar | Two-way | Events, free/busy, conflict detection. |
| Zoho CRM | Two-way | Contacts, companies, deals, activities. |
Multi-DC
Zoho runs separate accounts.zoho domains per data center. ThorStack supports US, EU, IN, AU. The DC is detected from your account during connect; you can override if needed (rare).
CRM two-way sync
The Zoho CRM integration is a real two-way sync, not a one-shot import:
- Initial sync copies your existing CRM into ThorStack with consistent IDs.
- Live sync propagates changes in either direction within a tick.
- Conflict resolution prefers the most-recent change by default; you can configure field-level "winner" rules in Settings → Integrations → Zoho CRM → Sync rules.
If you decide later to retire Zoho CRM, the data has already been migrated — flipping the switch from "Zoho is system of record" to "ThorStack is system of record" is a setting change, not a re-import.
Mail and calendar
Zoho Mail and Calendar behave like the Google and Microsoft equivalents — unified inbox, unified calendar, conflict detection.
